Agile Team Manager - Website and Customer Portal teams
*This position requires relocation to the Netherlands*
Our engineering department consists of around 90 engineers, working in small scrum teams. Each team has end-to-end responsibility for a specific product or part of our architecture. Our teams are distributed geographically, and we work remote-first. Twice per year, each team meets up in person at our HQ in Amsterdam.
The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, yet highly motivating, place to work. Our organizational structure is flat, and we value independence and entrepreneurship and that is why you will have some of the most inspiring and overall awesome colleagues in the industry!
You will be responsible for the Website team, responsible for maintaining our corporate website.

The Agile Team Manager is responsible for the overall performance and results of the team, and you coach on the Scrum way of working. You will maintain a technical focus with applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team and be willing to have technical involvement to support the team in getting the job done.
