Do you want to join Test Double as a Senior Software Consultant, but you’re not seeing an opening that fits your area of expertise? Our Agent Recruit Program allows you to interview for upcoming Test Double roles and be the first in line when they open.We're looking for future consultants who have experience in two of our core technologies - Ruby on Rails, with React/JavaScript, or Java. You’ll interview in the two technologies that best match your background. If your technical and consulting background aligns with Test Double, we will notify you of your acceptance as an Agent Recruit. Following this, if a role that aligns with your background opens, Agent Recruits will receive a formal offer and start date.

Our Consultants
Developers at Test Double focus on writing high-quality software and process improvements to solve some of the hardest problems our client teams face. We embed with client teams to implement solutions that are well-tested, easily maintained, and built with empathy for users. Most of our projects fall under legacy rewrites, framework upgrades, and product delivery.
