Duties and responsibilities-The ancillary team’s main focus area is to assign ancillaries manually via airlines' websites and their portals and sometimes via GDS. If required the back office agent have to contact airlines and providers in order to finalize backend transactions. The role might also include refunds transactions via Internal tool. GDS skills will be considered as a benefit and the candidates might have a multi-function background within Back Office, depending on their skills and expertise.
