LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals. The Agency and Education team is responsible for equipping agencies with the marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients' growth. 

We are seeking an Agency Development Lead to establish LinkedIn as an essential growth solutions partner to agencies who represent many of our largest and most strategic clients. This role is tasked with developing and managing profitable and enduring relationships at all levels throughout the agencies of a key client by gaining understanding of agency and client business needs and strategic objectives.  

An Agency Development lead will generate revenue and expand the depth of our partnership with key agency stakeholders, transforming how we collaborate and integrate, partnering with our marketer education team to evangelise the LinkedIn product suite and educate agency teams on how best to utilise our marketing platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships across a diverse set of agency stakeholders
  • Apply global strategies to your local remit and identify substantive opportunities that create mutual value between LinkedIn and the client
  • Demonstrate mastery of LinkedIn products and solutions
  • Using this knowledge to formally present ways in which these solutions may be utilised to help agencies excel at their craft
  • Apply solutions expertise to complex client problems
  • Leverage LinkedIn's tech stack and integration opportunities to generate new revenue
  • Construct, negotiate and deliver mutually agreed upon business plans
  • Understand the importance of effective cross-market and cross-team collaboration to achieve results and drive success
  • Understand Industry trends and how to apply these for successful business outcomes
  • Be seen as a peer and an expert by senior level agency customers based on business acumen, executive presence and creativity
  • Identify and share impactful and scalable best practices internally and externally
  • Follow processes and establish operational excellence in all client interactions
  • Manage time effectively to deliver against medium to long-term growth goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Marketing, Agency or Advertising Experience
  • 5+ years developing Marketing Strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships
  • Strong digital advertising experience and social media expertise
  • Craft and implement commercial agreements at a local level
  • Expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision makers
  • Ability to work across teams within complex organisations to achieve strategic objectives
  • An established network of agency and senior client relationships in the industry
  • Deep understanding of ‘Big 6’ HoldCos and Independent Agencies
  • Proven track record of delivering results and generating transformational growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
