ABOUT AFTER-SCHOOL ALL-STARS
After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles (ASAS-LA) is a premiere school-based expanded learning program provider, serving students with the greatest needs and fewest resources throughout Los Angeles County and Lucerne Valley. ASAS-LA operates in 73 (K-12) public and charter school locations as an independent 501(c3), offering its programs to more than 20,000 students per year. Participating schools include 34 middle schools, 19 high schools, and 20 elementary schools. We are also part of a National After-School All-Stars network, which currently operates in 19 cities across the nation, serving over 80,000 youth every year, and partner with numerous national and local organizations to provide high-quality free comprehensive programs to the students we serve.

ABOUT THE BOARD
We are seeking dedicated individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring financial sustainability, and advancing our mission. This is a volunteer position that requires a commitment to attend regular board meetings, participate in committee work, and contribute expertise, resources, and networks to support the organization's growth and impact.
