The Affiliation Sales Executive is responsible for analyzing sales data to create strategies that drive affiliate growth. Key duties include managing affiliate acquisition through content marketing and social media, automating daily tasks for better conversions, and overseeing team segments like acquisition and retention. The role involves maintaining strong affiliate relationships, collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations, and reducing churn through reactivation programs. Additionally, the executive will handle budgeting, payments, and reporting, while developing training materials to help affiliates improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing sales and product-related data to craft market-appropriate strategies for the Affiliation Channel
- Develop targeted strategies for inbound, outbound, and paid acquisition channels to drive affiliate growth and generate high-quality leads
- Streamlining and automating daily activities on the channel to maximize quality acquisitions and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution of affiliate campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with the tech team to develop and integrate features that facilitate the acquisition of quality affiliates and streamline operations for existing affiliates
- Develop and execute the strategic plans that are required for the day-to-day revenue growth
- Decreasing the churn rate of active affiliates by running an intensive Reactivation program
- Manage the financial segment of the affiliation team, including quarterly budgeting, payment disbursements, and monthly reporting
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Majors will be preferred).
- Must be good at creating and maintaining MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good decision-making and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be creative and consistently present unique marketing ideas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with affiliates and internal teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliates and partners
