As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in Ledger's expansion by onboarding top affiliates. You will leverage your established network of key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry networks, and institutional partners to forge strategic alliances and drive adoption of Ledger's products and services. This role demands a highly motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape.
Your mission
Leverage your existing network and conduct thorough research to identify key accounts (e.g.Content creators, Institutional partners)
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential accounts
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Negotiate partnership terms and onboard new accounts
Provide dedicated support and personalized service to top accounts
Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
Collaborate with industry networks and institutional partners to drive awareness and adoption of Ledger's products and services
Keep abreast of cryptocurrency industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
Identify new opportunities for key account acquisition and partnership development
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in business development or affiliation, with a focus on content creation
Established network of contacts in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including KOLs, industry networks, and institutional partners
Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing high-value affiliates
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, other languages are a plus!
