We are looking for an Affiliate Support Specialist to help us ensure the best affiliate experience and bring operational excellence to new heights! 🌟
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot technical issues affiliates may face with tracking links, reports, and platform access.
- Assist affiliates with payment-related inquiries.
- Ensure Billing invoices are generated and provided to the finance department on time.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs, business models, and goals.
- Act as a point of contact for any queries or escalations, ensuring a proactive approach to affiliate success.
What we expect:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of customer support or sales.
- Availability to work during set hours during probation, later - flexible hours.
- Great English language and communication skills.
- Interest in digital marketing (understanding how affiliate marketing works).
- Having a positive and professional attitude toward relationship management.
- Great time management and planning skills.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.
