Let’s start with the role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Affiliate Operations Executive to join our team of 10 professional marketers. In this role, you will work closely with the Affiliate Managers to manage our network of Affiliates across our 17 existing markets, handling daily financial and operational Affiliates’ requests and facilitating their integration in our online Affiliate platform as a key daily task. As a member of the broader marketing team, you will be working closely with internal (Finance, Compliance, CRM, BI, international local teams) and external stakeholders (affiliates, partners) to support and execute tasks that combine attention to detail with data-driven decisions.
As an Affiliates Operations Executive, you will:
- Inbox management: Review of inboxes, respond to and resolve affiliate operational and financial queries, liaising with Affiliate Operations Manager and Affiliate Managers;
- Manage and maintain all Affiliate Marketing assets and accounts on our online Affiliate platform, ensuring they are up to date;
- Coordinate and manage Affiliate invoices and financial inquiries in a timely manner, especially in international contexts like LATAM;
- Support the Affiliate Managers in affiliate and partner marketing activities by optimizing the current online platform and by developing new opportunities;
- Coordinate and manage affiliate Marketing content liaising with CRM Team and design requests;
- Plan, strategise, monitor, analyze and report payable commissions and Affiliates’ KPIs;
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the local teams;
- Build and manage relationships with various affiliate partners;
- Seek and nurture local partners relationships to drive growth;
- Assist the Affiliate Team with ongoing monthly projects;
- Support logistics and hospitality for Affiliate Marketing events.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Finance or other relevant fields; Master’s Degree in related fields will be considered a plus;
- 1-3 years working experience in Business Administration or Finance; Experience in Affiliate operations will be considered a plus;
- Experience in building and maintaining processes using Excel and Google Sheets for data-driven decisions;
- Strong business English – both written and spoken;
- Ability to work and communicate with different types of people and nationalities in English;
- Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word;
- Strong analytical skills & ability to work on tight deadlines;
- Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies;
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service;
- Strong work ethic;
- Ability to combine resources and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Eager to learn and jump on new challenges while maintaining smooth operational delivery of long-term projects and recurring tasks.
