Skyways is hiring an

Aero / Mechanical Engineer Intern

Austin, United States
Internship
At Skyways we are building a new form of air transportation. Some people call it the flying car. We believe fully autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles represent a unique opportunity to move things and ultimately people in new, more efficient ways. Our strategy to get there is completely different from the rest of the industry.

Skyways is a startup based in Austin, TX. We are backed by some of the most respected investors in Silicon Valley including YCombinator. Although we consider ourselves early-stage, we already have vehicles in production and in the hands of paying customers (see here and here). Come join us and work on a transportation revolution to advance our civilization!

We are growing and looking for multiple Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering Interns to join our team. We are seeking individuals that are interested in joining for the long term. That is, we want interns that are interested in converting to full time employees upon graduation. We are primarily hiring for Summer 2024, but we are open to co-op positions throughout 2024. Skyways will provide relocation assistance and a housing stipend.

Important note: Due to the high volume of internship applications we are receiving, we require the submission of a solution to this assignment in order to apply. We will not be able to process applications without a solution, sorry. In order to submit a solution, look for instructions after clicking on "Apply for this job" below.
