Create and contribute in Sales campaigns focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Suite by providing product and industry insight

  • Serve as a thought leader on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Suite for ServiceNow 
  • Strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback
  • Create and own programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of SPM
  • Assist your sales counterparts in qualification of customer needs and performing business value assessments to determine value for clients
  • Provide Value Based Solution Demonstrations to prospects and existing customers
  • Responding to request for information / proposal documents
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
  • Staying current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solution to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges
  • Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has the following

  • 5+ years of Enterprise level Pre-Sales Engineering (or similar) experience within SaaS environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving skills as well as a passion for technology.
  • Ability to management multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts associated with strategy, application, project, program and portfolio management. 
  • Proficiency in technical areas such as data structures and understanding of relational database tables.
  • Command of various project management implementation methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • A strong understanding of the PPM market and Project Management related business processes

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $126,360 to $208,440, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
