This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in all technical proposal related tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- project management assistance in all technical proposal-related tasks.
- Receive RFPs from the Government procurement platform.
- Collect, organize, and archive all received RFPs in the shared drive.
- Collect all required data from the RFPs.
- Conduct all required analysis about the business opportunities.
- Operate all RFPs and opportunities required for work on the ERP system.
- Arrange and align with multiple internal stakeholders to make sure all proposals are running well and highlight any problem or challenge to the relevant stakeholders.
- Following up with relevant stakeholders to make sure all deadlines are met (i.e... Submission dates, Q/ A dates, meetings conducted with the clients)
- Supporting the stakeholders to execute all related initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related filed.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP system.
- Experience in government procurement process and regulation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and analysis.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges.
