Position Overview:  

You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. You lead public sector customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent solutions, and support business development activities.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation. Deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle. 
  • Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully; delays and project overruns are minimized; and project efficiencies and budgets are managed. 
  • Leverage Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through interactions with the customer. Support sales on Discovery Calls, SOW Generation, Scoping, etc. 
  • Take the lead, in conjunction with Solution Engineers (SE’s) & Customer Success (CS), to develop strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions and in expansion plays for GRC use cases. 
  • Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products. 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of team members on project management and customer enablement 
  • Continue to develop Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution through continuous learning and personal development. 
  • Identify specialty areas of Domain and/or Product to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and prioritize learning and development of those areas. 
  • Propose, lead, support and execute internal initiatives that benefit the broader team and business. 
  • Support senior management, sales, and solution engineers on potential Business Development activities (Discovery Calls, RFP Response, SOW generation). 
  • Support Senior Managers in efficient and effective Practice Management and Operational Matters. Including proper resource scheduling, timesheet submission/approvals, profitability, etc. 

Required Experience/Skills  

  • Clear and demonstrable experience in project management and delivery of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) domain areas and / or system implementation projects. 
  • Maintains a consistently high-quality level of work including attention to detail, accuracy, and following processes and procedures with stakeholders and customers. 
  • Maintain Customer First mindset in all undertakings, operating with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes and/or experiences. 
  • Proactively and effectively communicate with all stakeholders on any project-related aspects. No news is not necessarily good news. 
  • Ability to lead or follow as the situation mandates. 
  • Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical/regulatory environment. 

Preferred Experience/Skills  

  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience through an an industry or consulting role related to GRC.  
  • Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including public speaking and workshop facilitation. 
  • Understanding business processes and the ability to solve business problems using technology and process changes. 
  • Demonstrate effective project management practices including project status tracking and reporting and issue escalation. 
  • Know your business: be ready to present about the different aspects of your projects. 
U.S pay range
$115,000$140,000 USD
