Relativity (Poland) seeks an Advanced Software Engineer to build highly scalable and dynamic web solutions that supports integration with multiple scripting frameworks, search technologies, and client component interaction through web services using many of the newest, cloud-based technologies. 

Your Role in Action

  • Implement highly performant, scalable, and secure software to a high degree of quality – not simply focusing on meeting requirements.
  • Object-oriented analysis (OOA), object-oriented design (OOD), and object-oriented programming (OOP) applying SOLID principles and design patterns in a variety of languages such as Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, Typescript and C#
  • Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing and static analysis and rigorous test strategy development.
  • Improve the software development process by recommending and instituting changes in procedures.
  • Participate in efforts improve software quality and completeness and share design and implementation knowledge.
  • Participates in regular on-call rotations. 

Your Skills

  • At least 3.5 years of experience in large-scale web software development using C#, .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript/Typescript, or any frameworks such as Aurelia/Angular/React.
  • Experienced in developing scalable solutions in Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus
  • Some experienced in CI/CD and understanding of DevOps principles.
  • Ability to work with all-level engineers and collaborating with teams in multiple geographies would be a plus.

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 163,000 and 200,000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
