We are looking for an passionate AdOps Specialist to join our team in Romania, responsible for fostering client relationships and success. We’re looking for someone who loves digital and wakes up in the morning excited to learn new things.
Responsibilities

Client Management: Act as the expert point of contact for assigned advertising clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each clients goals and objectives, leveraging the unique features and targeting options available on each platform where client is executing campaigns.

Campaign Execution: Implementation and optimize advertising campaigns, including targeting, bid management, and performance analysis.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance closely, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize performance, maximize ROI, and achieve client objectives.

Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize campaign performance within budget constraints.

Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future optimization.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategies and drive innovation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications

Languages: Native Romanian and fluent in English.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising. Google Ads and/or Facebook Advertising certifications are a plus.

Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns on Google or Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Client Focus: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service and results.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
