🌟 The Role: Admissions / Sales Team Leader
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding student start target objectives for specific Keypath Academic Partners.
- Assist in implementing new processes, delivering training & coaching to Advisors and will help motivate the team with weekly / monthly focus or initiatives.
- Proactively coaching support and troubleshoot at-risk issues to help students achieve their educational goals.
👥 Who We're Looking For:
- Significant relevant experience as an Student Advisors position or comparable role experience.
- Experience working in higher education or similar environment preferred
- At least 1-2 years of related sales and customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated coaching and training experience
