About the team and position

We’re looking for a high-energy, go-getting, Corporate Accounts Administrator to join our Accounting team. Under the direction of the Corporate Accounts Payable Team Lead, the Corporate Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing our corporate accounts New Vendor enrollments. This position will ensure compliance with New Vendor and Corporate Account policies.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple staff and continually provides both formal and informal coaching and feedback to people on the team.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify key milestones for various projects, assign team members to such milestones, and monitor through completion while updating management to any deviations to established timelines. 
  • Demonstrates abilities to enable staff to provide solutions, and show the flexibility to appropriately consider those solutions and make a final decision.
  • Work with external corporate account representatives to add changes and make improvements based on business needs.
  • Serve as key stakeholder with any projects related to Corporate Accounts.
  • Manage daily Vendor/Customer Uploads for check run processing.
  • Manage New Vendor onboarding by ensuring Vendor Packets, W9’s and payment information is submitted to AP accurately.
  • Update Vendor bank information in Oracle as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal account holders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What you should know/have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for building processes and collaborating with others to develop best practices.
  • The ability to operate within the unknown, in a fast-paced environment, where change is the only constant.
  • A sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • The ability to ask questions and consistently apply learned information to work.

 

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle preferred, not required.
