Employee resignation results in our search for an administrative support hire within Domestic Relations. Our hire performs a variety of support functions that include assisting case managers with conference scheduling among all parties; preparing information and documents; scanning or copying case-relevant information into computer; gathering forms to produce a packet of court orders to send to judge for signature and to send correspondence to clients and attorneys; docketing and tracking support orders; registering incoming and outgoing complaints and petitions from out-of-county and out-of-state courts; reviewing wage attachments for accuracy; preparing bench warrants and orders for suspension of driver licenses; answering questions; and providing customer service.
Requirements
Qualified applicants will hold a high school diploma or GED; have some experience working in an office setting and with computers; experience performing typing, data entry, and copying/filing/faxing; accuracy and attention to detail; computer literacy; strong customer service orientation; comfort and experience juggling multiple priorities and dealing with interruptions; demonstrated experience setting schedules and meeting deadlines; and experience maintaining confidential information.
