Job Summary:
The Administrative Services Officer at Dangote Cement Transport is responsible for coordinating Hospital Administration Management and administrative functions to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
This role involves managing administrative processes, maintaining office efficiency, and overseeing the general upkeep of facilities, all aimed at facilitating a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and monitoring approved Health and Administration Management policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Oversee supply inventory and procures necessary office supplies and equipment.
- Provide support in the administration of employee health programs and related activities.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and preparing financial reports.
- Address employee inquiries related to administrative procedures and resources.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle and transportation activities.
- Prepare and process documentation related to transportation operations.
- Liaise with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for transportation-related activities.
- Maintain and update the transportation database and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports related to transportation performance and logistics operations.
Requirements
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
Work Experience:
- Between 4 - 6 years of experience in administrative or logistics support roles.
- Experience within the transport or logistics sector is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
