Purpose of the role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The duties include administrative support across the organization, as well as coordination of front-desk activities

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute mails and deliveries
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Prepare meetings and events
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and keeping track of sickness leaves and absenteeism

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role (at least 6 months)
  • Previous experience in a meeting organization process (working with the conference room booking system, making sure the attendees are informed and available for the meetings, etc)
  • Native Spanish, fluent English, Catalan is a plus
