About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local practices, have 2-3 years of administrative experience, and preferably have exposure to the crypto industry.

 
What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  1. Workspace Management: Oversee space planning and rental handling. Maintain office environment and facilities.
  2. Employee Welfare: Manage office welfare, local festival events and connections, and daily office operation support. Foster employee connection and engagement.
  3. Business Support: Provide support for external & internal events or business requirements.
  4. Travel Management: Arrange and manage travel logistics for staff, including booking accommodations and flights, arranging transportation, and handling travel-related queries.
  5. Asset and Procurement Management: Handle fixed assets and procurement, manage vendors, and optimize costs.
  6. Budget Control and Data Analysis: Monitor budget, perform data analysis, and make financial recommendations.
  7. Office Renovation: Participate in office renovation and expansion projects when required, managing timelines, budgets, and vendors.
 
 
What We Look For In You: 
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Solid understanding of workspace management, employee welfare, business support, travel management, asset management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in policy drafting and managing local festival events.
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Candidate with positive, energetic, and passionate, with a high level of professionalism and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members, and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
Nice to Haves:
  • Prior experience with office renovation projects is a plus.
  • Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
  • Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
