We are growing fast, and we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to make our team more productive.

In this role, you will establish working relationships with executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing a full spectrum of general and personal secretarial support to the HR team and executives, including travel, accommodations, calendars, personal and confidential matters in a professional manner.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and research.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Performing research on vendors, data collection and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with Business Management background.
  • Interested in digital / tech related aspects.
  • 3-5 years experience of providing support for HR or executives in a related organization (i.e. tech)
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong language skills in verbal and written English and Chinese.
  • Technology savvy - excellent in creation of presentation, reporting writing skills, Word & Excel.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player.
