A partner firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Broomfield, CO. The office admin team focuses on supporting critical business needs by assisting partners and practice teams, leveraging resources, and optimizing operations. This team plays a key role in the firm’s success and promotes a flexible working model that encourages face-to-face interactions while allowing for individual work environment preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for multiple partners and their respective teams.
  • Assist with the production of client or firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements for partners and staff.
  • Create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense detail in the firm management system.
  • Arrange for conference rooms and necessary equipment, including conference and video calls, catered meal arrangements, and set-up and clean-up.
  • Assist with various administrative projects.
  • Maintain frequent communication with all levels in the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education or college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
