Accountabilities
The role will include administrative support, event management and communications, interfacing with colleagues within the Asia Hub - Bangkok office and in other global and regional locations.
- To provide effective administrative support for the Asia Hub - Bangkok Office
- To support Head of Business for all administrative and business organizational works with confidentiality
- To support the smooth running of the office operations
- To ensure effective communications, using various collaboration tools including emails, Teams, Viva Engage
- To be responsible for coordination of supply activities for office consumables (stationery, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, etc.), follow up third party services and seeking for improvement on the services
- On request to arrange meetings and events, including booking venues, transport and catering, and keeping accurate records.
- To support with onboarding process for New Starters.
- To Raise accurate purchase orders, being aware of relevant information needed to create orders successfully for procurement process requirements on SAP and Ariba
- To support visitors from abroad for travel planning and organization
- Act as a contact point of Asia Hub – Bangkok office for any logistical matters
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Able to develop good working relationships with the community in Thailand and quickly become familiar with activities where they can provide effective support.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Share point, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing a responsive and helpful service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, e.g., support with onboarding new starters, arranging social events and meetings.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Awareness of Agrichemical industry
- Good event management skills
- Experience in creating communications and sharing via social media platforms, e.g., Viva Engage, LinkedIn
- Good level of written and spoken English, knowledge of second language is preferred.
- Good level of MS Office programs, SAP- Ariba knowledge is preferred
- Good communication skills

Based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a hybrid working role, with minimum three days in the Office.
