SOFTONE Twinsoft is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our talented team.

Your Role

The Administrative Specialist role provides administrative support to the general manager and company staff by handling and undertaking clerical tasks required to ensure the company’s smooth running.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Receiving and shipping goods
  • Keeping a logbook for company vehicles and personnel
  • Secretarial support (scheduling appointments, booking flights, etc.)
  • Assigning tasks to support consultants
  • Order processing
  • Customer service

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous 1 years working experience as Secretary/Administration Support
  • Bachelor’s degree is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English language, one additional language preferred (Spanish, French, or German)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • ERP knowledge is desirable
