We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and help streamline our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
