Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and smart Administrative Assistant to support our operation in a fast-paced cement plant. The ideal candidate is not only courteous but should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. You will be pivotal in driving administrative efficiency and bringing impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Prepare, organize, and present reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Analyze data and assist with decision-making processes.
  • Drive improvements in administrative processes and workflows.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations within the plant’s administrative functions.
  • Adapt to the demands of a large industrial environment and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in industrial or consulting roles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Energetic, vibrant, and adaptable to demanding work environments.
  • Ability to think analytically and bring innovative solutions to administrative challenges.
