Administratief Medewerker AP/GL

We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker AP/GL voor onze afdeling Finance & Accounting op het Europese hoofdkantoor welke is gevestigd in Weesp. DENSO Europe’s Finance & Accounting afdeling biedt haar activiteiten en diensten aan de EU-groep en is verantwoordelijk voor de centralisatie en standaardisatie van F&A-activiteiten in Europa en ook voor het verspreiden en de uitvoering van de financiële regels en procedures volgens DENSO normen. 

In deze rol zul je (onder andere) verantwoordelijk zijn voor: 

• Participeren in de periode-afsluitingen 
• Kritische analyse van de balans rekeningen en opstellen van specificaties 
• Voorbereiden reporting  
• Verwerken/controleren van de interfaces (operationale systeem / financiele systeem) 
• Afstemmen intercompany posities (voorraad / inkoop) 
• Invoer van crediteurfacturen (voorraad) 
• Uitvoeren van betalingen 
• Ondersteunen Accounts Payable team 
• Ondersteunde activiteiten binnen de national offices (Denso Belgium, Denso Zweden, Denso Italie) 

De ideale kandidaat die wij zoeken beschikt over de volgende kenmerken: 

• Een MBO+ niveau onderwijs in Accounting 
• 4-7 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving 
• Sterke operationele en probleemoplossende vaardigheden 
• Ownership bij het oplossen van problemen 
• Aandacht voor detail 
• Flexibel en pragmatisch ingesteld 
• Goede communicative vaardigheden
