Bamganie Pets Cremation Service are seeking a passionate, empathetic Administrative/Packaging Assistant to join us on a full-time basis.

As a proud member of VetPartners, our state-of-the-art facilities include our very own crematorium and a dedicated collection service spanning Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

As part of our compassionate team, your responsibilities will range from:

  • Being first point of contact for customers and suppliers

  • Data Entry and adhoc administrative tasks

  • Handling of enquiries on the phone and via email

  • Packing ashes into receptacles

  • Stock management

  • Quality Control

  • Restocking shelves

  • Packing ashes into receptacles

  • Basic Computer & Admin Tasks

  • Meeting daily KPI's
