Admin Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee administrative and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in any ERP system, Excel, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Vendor Management
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing and selection.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update the procurement tracker to monitor purchasing activities.
- Perform ocular sourcing of products and services.
- Utilize NetSuite for procurement and inventory management.

Administrative Support
- Oversee housekeeping personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage travel bookings, including flights and accommodations, ensuring cost efficiency through negotiation.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and other vendors for seamless travel arrangements.
- Manage and update administrative trackers.
