As an Ad Operations Manager, you’ll oversee clients' digital ad campaigns across several markets, optimizing performance to maximize ROI and client satisfaction. If you’re passionate about digital and social media, love learning, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What you'll do:

Client Management & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their brand and performance goals, and ensuring satisfaction through regular updates and optimizations.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored, cross-channel advertising strategies that leverage platform-specific features, audience segmentation, and retargeting to drive effective lead generation and conversions.

Real-Time Optimization & Performance Tracking: Establish tracking and performance frameworks to monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time, adjusting targeting, bids, and strategies to maximize ROI.

Budget & Resource Management: Strategically allocate budgets to optimize performance, ensuring campaigns remain within budget constraints while delivering strong results.

Data Analysis & Client Reporting: Analyze campaign data to produce actionable insights, and provide clients with regular reports detailing key metrics, performance highlights, and recommendations for further optimization.

Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive insights to continually refine and innovate campaign strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions and exceed client expectations.
What you need for this role:
- Language skills: Native Hungarian and fluency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising with expertise in managing campaigns on META (Facebook Ads) or similar platforms.
- Proficient in setting up, optimizing, and analyzing Google and/or Facebook Ads.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies and insights to clients and teams.
- Proven ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and deliver strong results.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Media agency experience is a plus.
