We are looking for an Ad Operations Associate to launch and QA programmatic advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. This person will collaborate with a group of experienced and extremely dedicated coworkers who are passionate about advertising, artificial intelligence, and automated problem solving. The role provides an opportunity to deepen one’s knowledge of advertising operations while gaining exposure to deep learning initiatives at the cutting edge of programmatic advertising.   This position will be located in NYC with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote optional (Thursday/Friday). Responsibilities
  • Setup, QA, and manage digital advertising campaigns from launch to completion
  • Facilitate data collection via pixel creation & troubleshooting as well as third-party file ingestion
  • Communicate with & respond to requests from the client success team
  • Supporting the finance team during the monthly billing process
  • Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the digital advertising / ad tech ecosystem
  • 0-1 year of experience working in ad operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables, Xlookups, Countifs, and more
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see projects through from start to finish
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to learn new, unfamiliar material & platforms/tools quickly
  • Self-starter eager to take on additional responsibilities and grow one’s career in ad ops
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience working with CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, or other buy-side ad servers
  • Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to QA ad tags using publicly available tools like W3Schools, JSFiddle, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salary
  • $65,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Equity
  • Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
