Simulmedia is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Ukraine-based team as an Ad Campaign Reporting Specialist. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in advertising technology. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of TV ad campaigns by handling various operational tasks, collaborating with our US-based Video Activation team to ensure the smooth execution of our TV campaigns. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous working environment while also being comfortable collaborating with team members on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collect and process pre- and post-log data from TV network partners.
● Build and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.
● Reconcile spot discrepancies.
● Ensure data consistency from post logs to vendor invoices.
● Audit traffic instructions against delivered spots.
● Manage and track makegoods to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
● Deliver accurate data for media mix modeling reports.
● Monitor the pacing of linear and CTV campaigns to ensure they are on track, flagging campaigns that may fall short.
● Collaborate with internal teams to address any operational issues and optimize campaign performance.
● Daily communication with the US Video Activation team on all client campaigns.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree, with that degree in a related field a plus (e.g., Business, Marketing, Advertising).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● A keen interest in TV advertising and technology.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Fluent in English
Tools:
● Intermediate Excel knowledge including pivot tables, formulas, and formatting
● Experience with VBA/Macros is beneficial
● Proficiency in Google Suite
● Familiarity with email and Slack communication tools
