Your Team
The marketing team are an energetic, vibrant group full of ideas and excitement to create campaigns and launches that are forever pushing the boundaries. Reporting directly into the head of brand marketing, you will lead the strategy and direction for the Activewear category, acting as the gatekeeper to the brand and ensuring all departments are aligned and building on success of the product range. This is arguably one of the most exciting roles leading one of the flagship categories of the business and the dream role for someone truly passionate about fitness.
What you'll be doing
You will be the central glue which brings the Activewear department together collectively within the business. Every new product designed, capsule planned, and creative concept discussed will include your input ensuring consistency and laser focus to the category vision for growth. The core attributes of the right person are high levels of organisation mixed with creativity whilst being a real people person and of course, you live and breath fitness! Inspiring the Activewear leads across the different teams with fresh ideas and helping them work seamlessly with the overarching vision. We never sit back and are forever pushing forward with new product launches, activations and events. We see a huge opportunity to build a community of fitness lovers, with the brand at the heart of them. Fresh ideas and enthusiasm are always welcome and the potential for what our Activewear category could be is waiting for the right person to embrace it.
What you can bring
You will be able to demonstrate your organisational skills and forward planning and attention to detail with the ability to project manage multi-channel marketing plans and achieve success through cross functional working both within the marketing team and across the wider business.
We would love for you to be able to show us your strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns and how they operate with experience as a Marketing Manager/Category Manager in a larger organisation beneficial.
