We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Activation Director - Programmatic. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including Amazon’s cross-channel marketing & Prime Video.
- To be up to speed with the Opendoor value proposition and products
- Started to build relationships with the key clients within the current pipeline
- Winning confidence among engagement managers.
- Become the first point of escalation (internal & external) for all campaigns.
- Equipped with outcome consulting and account serving ability including delivering programmatic media strategy, and data insights, moving clients from standard buying outcomes to their desired custom outcomes.
- To be able to present Opendoor capabilities and new Opendoor points of view to potential Opendoor clients
- Become an expert with Opendoor business development & client service
- To identify new opportunities to build a mature pipeline and close the existing opportunities
- Ensure your client base has updated information including sales collateral and information on new products
- Achieve or over achieve billings target set by the company.
- Equipped with outcome consulting and account serving ability including delivering programmatic media strategy, data insights, moving clients from standard buying outcomes to its desired custom outcomes
- Drive new revenue from Opendoor agency & direct clients.
- Build a trusted relationship with the respectively responsible agency clients and set up a programmatic step-by-step growth strategy by advertisers.
- Working with senior trading heads to establish planned investment levels for clients quarter by quarter
- Education of Opendoor agencies & clients regarding Opendoor proposition and products
- Able to lead the team of traders to cope with frustration during transformation and need minimum supervision.
- Being responsible for the knowledge transfer of regional outcome media trader training and being brave to challenge conventional solutions and wisdom.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 11 – 13 years of Programmatic experience in an Agency (preferably) or overall, in the field of programmatic media buying with hands on Programmatic campaign optimization and account management experience.
- Hands on experience of working on any of the top 3 DSPs in India Market (DV360 preferred).
- Deep understanding of DSPs, RTB, Ad Exchanges, DMPs, Audience Targeting, Data Strategy. Understanding of CM360 will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in campaign implementation, optimization and reporting, experience with response driven/demand generation campaigns – Understanding of performance-oriented campaign management will be preferred.
- Above par understanding of the programmatic and ad tech ecosystem including ad tagging and site analytics.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distill the most important/relevant information for your agency team and their clients.
- Agency or digital sales background to include the experience of senior/strategic level interaction with customers is a must.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosphere (DSP, DMP, SSP)
- Deep understanding of the purpose of DMPs and programmatic marketing strategies
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Able to provide strategic communications & planning on your set of brands
- Work single-handedly on media plans for the brand
- Proven experience in handling Campaign Tracking, Competition Review
- Proven experience in team management, able to effectively guide and motivate the team
- Process Driven, Excellent collaborator with good communication skills
