Role Summary
As the second hire of the growing Acquisition Marketing team, your job is to help codify and productize our acquisition efforts, creating, executing, and optimizing processes, strategies and creative to ensure success as we scale and grow.
Acquisition Marketing is the bridge to our user base, tasked with getting into the hearts and minds of our consumers, understanding their motivations, fears, how they use healthcare, and how we can best support them on their journey to becoming healthier. We parlay this user knowledge into multi-channel outreach campaigns, sending out millions of SMS, emails, and direct mail and as we grow, so too will the volume of our consumer touchpoints.
This is a highly collaborative role–you’ll work with our in-house Product, Design, Data, Operations, and Customer Success teams, as well as externally with our healthcare partners.
Equal parts creative and analytical, strategic and executional, we’re looking for an extremely organized, process-driven person who moves fast, loves making order of any situation, and experimenting with new tactics and then reporting on their efficacy.
