AR Collections complete the Revenue cycle. Consistent payment receipts allow us to continue to support our communities and develop new products. Our approach to the collection process starts with onboarding and continues in a courteous manner by proactively reaching out to customers.
As an AR Analyst you will be responsible for improving and maintaining outstanding AR metrics. The position will analyze AR reports weekly and determine priority and methods of outreach, communicate with the billing, contracts, and other operations teams to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
● Review weekly AR reports to prioritize outreach
● Contact new customers to confirm billing information
● Contact customers with past due invoices to request payment statuses
● Document customer contact and collection efforts
● Follow-up on prior customer communication and payment commitments
● Communicate with internal staff regarding customer concerns and issues
● Make recommendations for next steps in the collections process such as service interruptions or external collections
● Gather and document accounts for external collection
Requirements
● Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
● Knowledge of accounting and CRM software (Sage Intacct, Salesforce, YayPay)
● Bachlor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
● Excellent oral and written English communication skills
● High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
● Strong team player
● Ability to work independently and self-direct
● Ability to be inquisitive and ask effective questions
