Accounts Payable Supervisor

• Handling Accounts Payable for various entities
• Managing Accounts Payable using Basware and Peoplesoft Software and Oracle Fusion
• Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as manual entries and account maintenance
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Assisting internal and external customers
• Assist in various projects related to year-end and auditing
• Reviewing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment
• Ability to run and analyze reports
• Supervising the local AP Team.

• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

• Bachelor's or Master's  degree in Accounting or related field is required
• 4+ years of experience in the Accounts Payable area is a must 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel (lookups, pivots), PowerPoint)
• Availability to work Monday - Friday and straining between 9-11 AM 
• English level B2+ is required 
• Extensive knowledge of P2P, purchase order, and three-way match process 
• Good understanding of the AP reconciliation to the General Ledger 
• Experience in travel and expenses reimbursements
• Supervisory or managerial experience required 
• Knowledge of business and office practices required
• You must be comfortable corresponding and interacting with senior-level staff
• Excellent communication/documentation skills (oral and written)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Excellent teamwork and diplomacy skills

• Corporate card reconciliation knowledge is a plus  
• Experience in US and EMEA-based processes is strongly preferred  
• Knowledge of prepaid and multiperiod accounting is an asset
