We are thrilled to expand our Shared Services Center to Mexico. The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center (QFSS) is a pillar of the Finance organization and allows Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.
Within QFSS, the Accounts Payable (AP) team is responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks in areas of processing of incoming vendor invoices and assisting with their payments. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.
How You’ll Find Success
- If you have prior experience from accounts payable process;
- Working experience with Shared Service Centre;
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, etc) - preferred;
- Prior experience with NetSuite, Concur and Coupa - preferred.

As a founding member of the QFSS AP Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company. You will have the chance work independently within the AP Team across all standard processes and have the chance to build new process and improve existing ones. This role offers many development opportunities of other skills and competencies that will help you shape your future career path across finance or other functions in the Shared Services Center.
Things You’ll Do
- Posting of incoming vendor invoices,
- Assist with timely payment of the invoices,
- Vendor accounts maintenance, incl. open items management,
- Maintenance of general ledger accounts,
- Approve internal employee response rates through Concur,
- Conduction of monthly account closing procedures for accounts payable,
- Review and posting of company credit card expenses,
- Responses to client queries (internal and external) ,
- Contact with vendors via phone (hotline), email and ticketing system,
- Close cooperation and communication with all stakeholders, other teams and departments,
- Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements,
- Adherence to agreed key performance indicators,
- Own strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency,
- Support the training of new team members,
- Follow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce,Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects,
- Contact for external and internal auditors.
