About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payables Intern to support our Accounting Department with day-to-day transactions. As an Accounts Payables Intern your responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing payments to external partners, ensuring timely reporting and assisting our Client Service team in payment related issues.

This is a 6-month contract with the potential for becoming a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Service Team on experts’ payment related issues.
  • Support with the processing of AP invoices.
  • Manage the preparation of the payments to external partners.
  • Communicate with external partners.
  • Maintain updated cost reports and databases.
  • Assist the Finance team with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • BSc degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
