Euromonitor is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to handle daily processing of purchase invoices and staff expenses, ensuring smooth purchase-to-pay operations. You'll collaborate with the Cashbook team and ensure accurate coding, authorization, and posting of supplier invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code, authorize, and post supplier invoices on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Review and verify staff expense claims
  • Set up and maintain supplier accounts
  • Manage fortnightly payment runs
  • Address payment/invoice queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements and assist with journal postings
  • Support banking reconciliations and auditor requests
  • Handle multi-currency bank account reconciliations
  • Assist overseas subsidiaries with accounting and bookkeeping
  • Perform various ad hoc duties

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong accounting skills, including double entry and reconciliation
  • Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
  • Experience in a multi-currency finance department preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and professional
