We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst with experience in manufacturing, retail and eCommerce industry. Candidate should be a goal-oriented, service-minded individual with desire to be part of the accounts payable team to meet operational and reporting requirements of a growing business. The position requires you to build strong relationships with cross-functional business partners. Accounts Payable Analyst will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, reconcile and process invoices into Great Plains
- Review and record corporate credit card activity and audit employee expense reports
- Reviewing outstanding checks and maintain the vendor master file
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and record entries upon obtaining appropriate approvals
- Act as liaison between accounts payable and various departments
- Answer all vendor inquiries and resolves issues
- Assist with weekly check run & monthly royalty run (checks, ACH, wires, Credit Cards and PayPal)
- Performs filing and copying for accounts payable files
- Ability to keep confidential information private and maintain high levels of security and dependability
- Ad hoc projects
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem solving, planning, quality control, adaptability and customer service skills
- Detailed oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 1 – 4 years of experience
- Come in to the office at least 2 days a week (subject to finance team policy), at least 3 days until training is complete
- Experience with Great Plains preferred or experience with major ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to work and collaborate within a team environment
