Accounts Payable Analyst II

Databricks is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Analyst  to join our fast-growing Accounts Payable team! You will report to the Senior Accounts Payable Manager and will manage a variety of responsibilities including the processing invoices, issuing payments, and responding to vendor and employee AP inquiries. You will be essential to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth payment processing for all vendors as Databricks continues to grow. You will work with other teams, such as FP&A and Procurement.

The impact you will have:

• Enter high volume of invoices for Databricks entities while ensuring designated tax requirements (i.e. VAT, withholding tax etc) are properly accounted for into the Financial Systems in a timely manner
• Manage Accounts Payable process through constant communication with partners and vendors by following up on aging items, outstanding credit balances, and invoices pending approval.
• Process weekly payments and ensure invoices are approved  according to our Global Procurement Policy.
• Work closely with the entire organization to ensure purchase order policy is being followed and any issues are addressed for resolution.
• Help with urgent requests by providing meaningful, organized and accurate analysis on an ad-hoc basis.

What we look for:

• 2-4+ years experience in Accounts Payable 
• B.S or B.A. degree in accounting (preferred), or business related or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Netsuite, Coupa, basic Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
• A team player, strong communicator,  and adept at building relationships across the organization while working in a fast paced environment.
• Desire for accuracy, stellar customer service approach and strong attention to detail.
