Within the Accounts Payable team and inside the Accounting department, you will join a team of accountants who run the daily operations. You will also be an actor in Deezer’s projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.
What you will do:
Account invoices in both ivalua and Sage
Be the representative of Deezer towards suppliers
Make payment vouchers
Do accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices)
Analyse discrepancies (top 10 analysis, explain variances)
Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control
This role is excellent for a person with:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or higher
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool
Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
Independent on Excel (at least 2/5)
appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
