Job Description
Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements required by internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, or external auditors.
Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of accountants and financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
Financial Software and Systems: Assist in implementing and maintaining financial software and systems (SAP), to support the accounting and finance functions for international entities.
Audit Preparation: Prepare for and facilitate external audits, working closely with auditors to provide requested documentation and address audit findings and recommendations.
Tax Compliance: Oversee tax-related activities, ensuring the organization complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations. This includes preparing and submitting tax returns and managing tax audits or inquiries with third-party Tax Specialists for international entities.
Collaboration with Parent Company: Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters between International entities and Cricut Inc. Ensure seamless communication and alignment on financial strategies, goals, and reporting requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with accounting best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements to enhance accounting processes and systems.
Fluency in Spoken and Written English: Exceptional English language skills for effective communication.
