We will trust you to:

• Lead financial accounting and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Supervising accounting departments
• Developing standards and processes for proper financial management
• Overseeing the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information
• Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members
• Ensuring efficient operations without sacrificing accuracy
• Communicating with key stakeholders from the client side

Requirements

• Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills)
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach
• Financial accounting background
• 5+ years of experience
• Ability to work well independently & in a team
• Business Administration/Accounting Degree
• Strong Interpersonal Skills (client-facing role)
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel & Power Point skills
• SAP background is essential
• Strong technical background
• Ability to prepare Financial Statements and work with External Auditors
