We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and organized and has the proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and diverse team.

What you’ll do

  • You will collect funds owed to 1stdibs by sellers for refunds on a daily basis
  • You will manage payment holds for sellers with outstanding refund balances
  • You will communicate across multiple departments on various seller issues
  • You will review and enter employee’s T&E reports and prepare them for reimbursement
    according to company policy
  • You will collect, compile and enter corporate credit card spend while ensuring accuracy to statements and adherence to company policy 
  • You will meet monthly reporting deadlines and provide assistance with month-end close
  • You will assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

What you'll bring

  • You have 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment 
  • You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills 
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace 
  • You have experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You are self-motivated, organized, and a team player
  • You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Nice to Haves:

  • Some experience with Salesforce preferred

Our overall compensation package is made of several parts, base compensation being one of them. Tri-State Pay Range
$26.20$28.60 USD
