As an Accounting & Admin Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance and administrative functions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in accounting, customer account management, and general office administration. We also highly value experience with Odoo, as it’s central to our workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Accounting: Assist with customer invoicing, manage accounts receivable and payable, process payments, and perform account reconciliations.
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, update accounting databases, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing office correspondence.
Office Management: Help monitor office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and assist in maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating training schedules and preparing necessary documentation.
Assistance in Projects: Support various internal projects, including process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Experience with Odoo: Familiarity with Odoo for managing accounting and administrative tasks is a plus.
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
