Your Impact:
General Ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Financial Controller to ensure aligned and strategic general ledger accounting.
- Prepare & submit month-end & year-end reporting (statutory & Group) after review
- Navigate tax complexities with confidence and precision.
- Prepare & submit regulatory reporting with accuracy and insight
- Provide essential support during audit processes.
Accounts Receivables
- Prepare customer invoicing
- Support order-to-cash process
- Play a crucial part in A/R management.
- Reconcile cash inflows
Accounts Payables
- Process supplier invoices (incl. travel expense reports)
- Be a key supporter in the procure-to-pay process
- Manage the car fleet
- Coordinate payment runs and reconcile cash outflows
- Support in other matters closely linked to F&A
- Minimum high school diploma with postsecondary education in accounting
- Experience in an accounting role or similar
- Certification as a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and/or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proactive, structured and independent way of working
- A passion for numbers and meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Openness/ willingness to learn new things
