We are looking for an Accountant to be part of our Finance team for Southern Europe based in Barcelona. You will be managing company's payable accounting and administrative processes to comply with legal regulations and company´s internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable.
- Accounting reports & checks.
- Customers Master Data maintain and control.
- Internal invoicing
- Audit support.
- General accounting & checks.
- Possibility of support on company monthly reporting.
- Other support to finance team
Requirements and skills:
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines.
- Assertiveness, excellent communication & team spirit.
- MS Office advance user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables).
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
- Language skills in English and Spanish. (Portuguese is an extra value).
- Degree in Accounting or related field. We will also consider candidate coming from other studies if strong accountancy subjects are included in its educational curriculum.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible.
